Sharon is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Planning, Construction and Real Estate Taxation Department. Sharon’s practice focuses on planning and providing legal support for complex real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real estate properties, land combination transactions, option agreements, trusts, and transactions involving real estate associations. Sharon advises on and supports the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial projects and income-generating properties. Sharon also provides comprehensive legal guidance for initiating and developing residential construction projects, including TAMA 38 initiatives, buyer groups, joint construction, and urban renewal projects.
In addition, Sharon handles real estate investment agreements, apartments and land sales, tax planning for real estate transactions, and liaising with tax authorities (capital gains tax, transfer tax, VAT) on all aspects of property taxation. Sharon’s expertise includes expansions and construction projects in Moshavim and Kibbutzim, ad she advises on transactions involving agricultural land, communal settlements, and kibbutzim, such as expansions, estates, and auxiliary farms, etc. Sharon also offers ongoing legal counsel to commercial entities, particularly in the real estate sector, and provides comprehensive representation on planning and construction matters, handling complex procedures with the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registry and Settlement of Rights Authority, and housing managing companies. Additionally, she advises on wills and inheritance matters.
