In addition, Meytal also provides ongoing legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, particularly within the tech sector. Meytal works closely with entrepreneurs and investors through both early-stage and growth phases, supporting them in corporate decision-making processes, fundraising, due diligence, strategic planning, and managing their ongoing legal affairs.
