Galia’s practice focuses on broad ranged legal assistance to corporations in Israel and abroad, local and international commercial business transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licenses, private placements of foreign and Israeli investments in start-up companies, industrial and commercial enterprises, representing private investors, venture capital funds in all aspects of an investment transaction including due diligence investigations, broad ranged legal services to venture capital funds, joint ventures and partnerships in Israel and abroad, intellectual property transactions.
Galia serves as legal counsel to various companies, mainly hi-tech companies and industrial companies with worldwide commercial activity as well as financial investors.
