Gal is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Planning and Construction and Real Estate Taxation Department. Gal’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice, representation, and support for real estate transactions, particularly in the development of residential construction projects. This includes advising on all legal aspects, such as advising contractors and entrepreneurs on various matters related to project management, conducting negotiations, and handling and drafting agreements such as sale agreements with residents, joint venture agreements, and financing and loan agreements. Gal also liaises with Tax authorities, the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registry, and housing managing companies regarding the registration of parcels and registration of parcels and condominiums in complex real estate transactions and commercial projects.
Gal supports construction and urban renewal projects of all types, including large-scale “evacuation-reconstruction” projects, TAMA 38 projects (demolition and rebuilding/strengthening) initiatives, and residential construction projects, representing both residents and entrepreneurs. Gal provides legal and tax consulting services to purchase groups derived from the transaction.
In addition, Gal offers strategic tax planning, assists with objections and appeals before tax authorities and various appeal committees, and guides clients through planning and building processes before planning committees, and guides clients through planning and building processes before planning committees. Gal also drafts lease agreements, handles second-hand property sales transactions, and prepares purchase agreements for new apartments from entrepreneurs.
