Eytam is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Eytam’s practice focuses on managing real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties. Eytam provides legal support and representation in urban renewal projects, such as TAMA 38/1 (reinforcement and extension), TAMA 38/2 (demolition and rebuilding), and evacuation-reconstruction projects. Eytam also assists purchase groups in various projects and represents the firm’s clients in dealings with government authorities, including the Israel Land Authority, tax authorities, and planning authorities.
