Elinor is an attorney in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction, and Real Estate Taxation Department.
Her professional experience includes providing ongoing legal counsel and representation in all aspects of real estate law, including complex sale transactions, lease agreements, second-hand property deals, and the purchase of new apartments from contractors.
In addition, Elinor specializes in advising and accompanying urban renewal projects, including “Pinui-Binui” (evacuation and reconstruction) and Tama 38 projects, from the initial stages through to project completion.
