Yehoshua is a partner in the firm's Real Estate, Planning and Construction and Real Estate Taxation Department. Yehoshua's practice focuses on legal support for purchase and sale of land, combination agreements – representation of landowners and contractors, complex property transactions, including purchase and development, sale/purchase of hotels, collective housing projects, and high-yield assets, various transactions involving the purchase, development, rental and operation of gas stations, matters involving real estate taxes (capital gains, purchase, value added tax and local government taxes), building charges, development fees, zoning and building permits, project development, expansion transactions in Kibbutzim and communal settlements in accordance with resolution 737 and 959 of the Israeli Land Administration Office and legal support for real estate projects in Europe (East/West).
