Yesha is a Partner in the firm's Commercial, Corporate and Technology Department. Yesha's practice focuses on joint ventures and partnerships in Israel and abroad, international commercial transactions, commercial agreements, investment and other financing transactions, M&A transactions, incorporation and legal assistance to new corporations in Israel and abroad, purchase and sale of shares in private and public companies, intellectual property transactions, know-how development, software transactions, commercialization of inventions, licensing agreements and others.  
 
Yesha served and currently serves as legal counsel to many companies in Israel and abroad, mainly hi-tech oriented companies, companies with wide international activities and companies associated with the Israeli Kibbutz industries. 
 
Yesha serves occasionally as an arbitrator in commercial conflicts and disputes. 
 
Yesha is the author of the book “Agreements, Contracts and Memorandums”, published by “Sadan” in Israel, first addition 1985, second addition 1990.
