Sagi is a partner in the firm's Commercial, Corporate and Technology Department. Sagi's practice focuses on incorporation and broad ranged legal assistance to corporations in Israel and abroad, local and international commercial business transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, representing public companies on an on-going basis, private placements in start-up companies and commercial enterprises, representing private investors in all aspects of an investment transaction including due diligence investigations, intellectual property transactions, employees incentive plans and advising companies on issues related to Labor Laws on an on-going basis.
Sagi serves as legal counsel to various companies, mainly hi-tech companies with worldwide commercial activity as well as financial investors, and provides his clients with ongoing legal advice on corporate and commercial issues and serves as company secretary. In the course of his services, Sagi is actively involved with many aspects of the business of his clients.
