Nir is a partner in the firm's Real Estate, Planning and Construction and Real Estate Taxation Department. Nir's practice focuses on Real Estate transactions, expansion transactions in Kibbutzim and communal settlements in accordance with resolutions 737 and 959 of the Israeli Land Administration Office, Real Estate taxes, representation of insurance companies in tort litigation.
