Sapir’s practice focuses on the incorporation of companies and other legal entities in Israel, as well as providing ongoing legal advice tailored to her clients’ business activities. Sapir handles corporate and commercial issues and drafts a wide range of commercial agreements, including license agreements, consulting and service agreements, employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Sapir is also proficient in corporate law, employee compensation plans, labor law, drafting online agreements for websites and applications, and assisting with privacy protection laws. Additionally, Sapir assists her clients in raising private capital and supports the investment process, including conducting due diligence.
