Galia is a partner in the firm's Commercial, Corporate and Technology Department. Galia's practice focuses on incorporation and broad ranged legal assistance to corporations in Israel and abroad, local and international commercial business transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private placements of foreign and Israeli investments in start-up companies, industrial and commercial enterprises, representing private investors, venture capital funds in all aspects of an investment transaction including due diligence investigations, broad ranged legal services to venture capital funds, joint ventures and partnerships in Israel and abroad, intellectual property transactions, assistance in Public offerings and representing public companies on an on-going basis.
Galia serves as legal counsel to various companies, mainly hi-tech companies and industrial companies with worldwide commercial activity as well as financial investors.
